The Plaza at Cottonwood is a 400,000 square foot commercial shopping center located in Northwest Albuquerque, New Mexico. The development consists of two buildings with nine tenants, including Staples, PetsMart, Starbucks, MattresSmart, and Men's Warehouse as tenants. Hunt originally purchased 42 acres at the site, and sold parcels to Wal-Mart, Home Depot, and Walgreens, developing the original nine acres.

Hunt developed and constructed the center in 1999 and owned and managed the property until its sale in 2004.
