Hunt developed Logan’s Pointe, located in Mount Vernon, Texas, in 2003 as an apartment complex consisting of 100 units (8 two-bedroom, 64 three-bedroom and 28 four-bedroom units). The project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, clubhouse and covered parking. As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as asset manager of this project.
