The U.S. Air Force and Kirtland Development Partners, LLC have formed a partnership to develop the Kirtland Technology Park Enhanced Use Lease at Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The planned development involves the long term ground lease of 92 acres of land and will include a diverse mix of Class A office, technology and research space, retail, hotel, medical office, and senior continuum care facilities. Additional features include a significant amount of green space in a park-like campus setting with water features, well-lit parking, and pedestrian pathways for interconnectivity between on-base and off-base facilities. Kirtland Development Partners, LLC is a partnership between Hunt Development Group, Titan Development of Albuquerque, and West Solutions, Inc of West Chester, PA.
