Hunt developed Buena Vista Seniors Community, located in Cleburne, Texas, in 2003 as senior community consisting of 230 apartment units for adults 55 and over. The project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, pond and a clubhouse with a coffee shop, beauty salon, fitness center, game room, business library, and health room. As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as asset manager of this project.
