Hunt developed Blunn Creek Apartment Complex, located in Austin, Texas, in 2002. Consisting of 280 units (one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units), the project also features amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, business center and covered parking. As part of the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC), 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less than the area median income. Hunt currently serves as asset manager of this project.
